- Payment: We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, Direct Transfer and Woocommerce. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods.
Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our goat cheese and the personal use nature of our goat milk soaps, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
